Asus Zenfestival was held on 6th August 2015 at Jawahar Lal Nehru stadium in New Delhi.

Asus unveiled 5 new devices at the Asus Zenfestival namely, Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe, Zenfone 2 Laser, Zenfone Selfie, Asus Zenpad 7.0 and Zenpad 8.0 and the ultimate batery powerhouse The Zenfone Max with a 5000 mAh battery.
The Zenfone 2 Deluxe which is somewhat a newer variant of Zenfone 2 with a new stylish back cover will be available at a price of Rs. 22,999 with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM (Internal Storage) with a 13 MP back shooter and 5 MP front shooter. Rest all of the specifications are almost same as the Zenfone 2 released earlier this year in April.
The Zenfone 2 Laser is the phone which has a laser along with the flash light at the back besides the camera which helps it to focus on objects and surroundings even faster than an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6+.The Zenfone 2 Laser will be available in 3 variants. First is the 2GB RAM / 16 GB ROM (5.5 inches) variant prices at Rs. 9999. Second is the 3GB RAM / 16 GB ROM (5.5 inches) variant for 13,999. Third is the 6 inch model which is priced at Rs. 17,999. All the three variants have Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
The Zenfone Selfis is the product for the Selfie addicts which comes with a 13 MP back shooter as well as a 13 MP back shooter and 3GB RAM with 5.5 inch screen. The phone comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and is priced at Rs. 15,999.
All in all Asus has covered the whole price range from Rs. 9999 to Rs. 20000.
Talking about the Zenpad. The Zenpad is Asus’ tablet which comes in two variants, the Zenpad 7.0 and the Zenpad 8.0. Zenpad 7.0 has 7 inch IPS display. The Zenpad 7.0 is priced at Rs. 11,999 and the Zenpad 8.0 is priced at Rs. 14,999.
The last but not the least is the battery powerhouse The Zenfone Max which comes with 5000 mAh battery and can be used to charge other phones via an OTG cable. Thus carrying a Zenfone Max with you means that you will be carrying a power bank with you. The phone comes with 13 MP and 5 MP rear and front camera respectively and also boasts of Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The price of Zenfone Max has not yet been announced and the phone will be available in October 2015.
Asus also plans to make changes to the ZenUI so that it gets more easy on the battery life and the phones could last longer with a single charge.

Now with so many phones in the line up Asus is certainly planning to hit bit this time. As told by Mr. John Shih (Asus Chairman), Asus had record number of sales in India 1.5 million units sold last year. And with so many great devices launched this number is expected to increase many a fold.
