Finally, the much-awaited BlackBerry Z10 has been launched and the future of the company hangs on its consumer reception. So far, it looks good, this is the “make or break” moment for the company and we do hope it prospers. So here’s the Blackberry Z10 review.
BlackBerry Z10 Review
BlackBerry Balance for Business Us
We are aware how BlackBerry was first of the gadgets of giving use business emailing platform on mobile 24×7. The new BlackBerry Z10 has BlackBerry Balance, which works as a corporate IT manager that separates business apps from the personal ones and comes with RIM’s encrypted servers, remote wiping, enhanced privacy setting and parental control. The new device targets both the professional and the personal user. In the BYOD atmosphere, BlackBerry Z10 works well in a professional setting. However, since the company has been gone long, it will take some time for buyers to warm up to them.
The best feature in BlackBerry Z10 applications is the ability to cross-pollinate social media networks, multiple email accounts, calendar and address books without duplicating information. It comes pre-installed with a basic mapping app, music app, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe PDF files, inclusive of creating, editing, reading and sharing options. There’s LinkedIn, Foursquare, Twitter, Facebook, Dropbox installed.
Video and Camera
The camera was a sore spot in earlier BlackBerry models but this one surprises us. There is an 8 megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras at the back and front and you can shoot 1080p HD and 720p HD videos. The camera has awesome clarity, Time Shift mode for multiple clicks, 5 time’s digital zoom and ability to take images in either 9:16 or 3:4 ratios. On the other hand, it does not have geo-tagging, no drop resolution options, no HDR, no grid, no ISO setting and no way to stop the loud camera shutter noise.

Build, Design and OS
The first look of BlackBerry Z10 is uncannily similar to iPhone 5 in terms of look and size but that’s where the similarity ends. The device is 2.6 inches wide, 0.35 inches thick, 5.1 inches tall and weighs 4.8 ounces. The device has an excellent grip quality with a soft-touch finish.
BlackBerry Z10 does not have any navigation buttons, rather it operates via gestures! The 4.2 inches LCD screen has a WXGA HD resolution, classy color, crisp edges and smooth finish. The BlackBerry Z10 has a Mirco-USB port and Micro-HDMI port, LED camera flash and NFC antenna. Underneath the device, you have space for microSD card.
The BlackBerry Z10 OS is gesture drives and looks way cool. Some may find the OS little under-developed but once you are used to the user interface, the kinks in OS will not hurt much.
Otherwise, the device has a clean, polished and classy look. The animations are smooth, easy to touch and operate but the settings menu is the same as previous BlackBerry devices.
